Shipping and Delivery Policy: 
Shipping cost is calculated at Check Out.

Please make sure before submitting your order that you have measured the area where your product will be placed, as well as all doorways and pathways so you are certain the product will fit.

Products cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box number.

If you have any questions regarding your scheduled delivery please call us at 1-866-590-1777. When leaving a message please include your full name, address, best contact phone number, and your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible.


Free UPS Shipping:
At times Percy's runs special promotions for Free Shipping on select products.  Not every product has free shipping.  Please look for promotional banners on our home page, or the "Free Shipping" emblem next to select products.  All products that have free shipping will be clearly marked. Standard UPS Ground shipping only.  Premium shipping charges apply.  Free Shipping offer valid only in the Continental US and is for Online Orders Only. Excludes prior sales. If your order contains one or more ineligible items, you will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.  If you return any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.  Percy's reserves the right to cancel an order or to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time. 

Free Local Delivery:
At times Percy's runs special promotions for Free Local Delivery on select products.  Free Local Delivery applies to our local customers only.  This local area is set by Percy's and covers an estimated area of about 50 miles from our store.  Your zip code will determine your shipping cost and if Free Shipping is applicable for that zip code.  If Free Shipping is not applicable for your zip code, your shipping charge will be calculated for you when checking out.  Products being delivered to a zip code that qualifies for Free Local Delivery are delivered by our Percy's trucks by Percy's, not UPS or another Shipping company.  Our drivers will bring your items into your home, into your room of choice, un-package it for you, set your items in place, and remove all packaging from your home.  Percy's reserves the right to cancel an order or to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.  Online Orders Only. Excludes prior sales.


Shipping UPS Ground:
Most items under 100lbs will primarily be shipped UPS Ground.

Items specifically marked "In-Stock" and being shipped via UPS, will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days after the day your order is processed.

All other available items being shipped via UPS, will ship from our warehouse in 7-10 business days after the day your order is processed.

We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. Items will be shipped UPS Ground unless they individually exceed Percy's set shipping weight per item. In which case, your item(s) will either be delivered via Percy’s Local Delivery or Freight Carrier. This is determined specifically by destination zone.


Percy’s Local White Glove Delivery:
Percy's is proud to offer White Glove Delivery throughout Massachusetts, some parts of Connecticut and Rhode Island, and in some cases New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, and as well as Cape Cod (with some minor exceptions), if you live within Percy’s set delivery zone (50 miles), and the item is not being delivered via UPS, your product will be delivered by a Percy’s Delivery Truck.

We pride ourselves on being professional, clean, and efficient. When Percy’s Local Delivery delivers your product, we will bring it into your room of choice, un-package it for you, set your goods in place, and remove the packaging materials. We can even remove your old appliance for a small additional charge. This service does not include installation of any type. Please contact us for more information on installation or see "Appliance Installation" for details.


If a Percy’s Local Delivery truck is delivering your product(s) we do not charge per item, only per delivery. Whether it’s 1 item or 10 items being delivered, your cost is based on location, not number of items.


We will call you the night before and give you a 4-hour window during which your delivery will be arriving. Please be sure that when ordering, you leave us your best daytime phone number so you can be reached. If you would like, Percy's delivery personnel can call you up to 1 hour before your delivery time. At the time of your delivery pre-call, please review with the representative the correct address and phone numbers for delivery and who will sign for your merchandise. There must be someone over the age of 18 to inspect, accept, and sign for your delivery. Product will not be left unsigned for.


Your shipping options will appear at Checkout where you may choose your shipping method. If only one shipping method appears, this method is the only form of shipping available for that product in your area.


Freight Shipping:
Items being shipped outside of Percy’s Local Delivery zone and that exceed the set weight in which UPS Ground allows, will be shipped via Freight Carrier. Please be prepared on your shipping date to be home to receive your item(s).

Percy's will contact you either by phone or email to review all of the details including a shipping time frame, and confirm your contact information.


Silver Service includes:
Inside placement of your product in the room of your choice. (not more than 2 flights of stairs).

Silver Service does not include:
Unpacking or Removing your product from the box.
Assembly or Installation of any kind.
Debris Removal of any kind.
Removal of your old product.

Platinum Service includes:
Inside placement of your product in the room of your choice. (not more than 2 flights of stairs).
Unpacking your product.

A light assembly limited to 30 minutes.
Debris Removal from the packaging.

Platinum Service does not include:
Installation of any kind.
